1、Scope of application

This machine is suitable for rapid rotary granulation of wet powdered materials for various experiments in production and research laboratories of pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical, pesticide, and academic institutions. Powdered materials with adhesive (water) must have a certain degree of viscosity.

 

2、Structural principle

This machine has the structural characteristics of beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, small size, light weight, low noise, easy disassembly and assembly, and thorough cleaning.

Basic working principle: (see Figure 1, Figure 2）

This machine uses an S-shaped grinding knife and sieve

Wet powdered materials are placed in the cavities between the nets, and after rolling, the materials are extruded out of the sieve to form cylindrical particles.

The sieve is fixed, and the grinding blade rotates clockwise. During the rotation process, the cavity between the grinding blade and the sieve decreases, forcing the material to be discharged from the small holes of the sieve to achieve the purpose of granulation. The particle size is achieved by changing the sieve mesh with different pore sizes.
